Flow cytometry (FCM) offers key biomarkers for diagnosing sepsis and predicting outcomes in intensive care unit (ICU) patients. Neutrophil CD64, monocyte HLA-DR, and regulatory T cells help manage immune dysfunction and guide immunotherapy.
