[Multilocular cystic nephroma--one case report]

Multilocular cystic nephroma is an uncommon renal neoplasm which have two peaks in the incidence, one is in the childhood and the others is in the middle age group. This tumor is easily confused with other renal neoplasm in clinically, radiologically, and pathologically, particularly nephroblastoma. The clinical presentation, radiological findings, differentiated diagnosis and treatment in one case of multilocular cystic nephroma is described.
