Epilepsy is a chronic neurological disease marked by recurrent, unpredictable seizures. Summary

This study demonstrates that a clear definition for seizure endpoint in electroencephalogram (EEG) recordings during electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) allows for reliable seizure duration estimation. High inter-rater reliability was achieved, improving accuracy in clinical practice.
