Summary

Chlorhexidine shampoos demonstrated superior antimicrobial efficacy against various bacteria, including meticillin-resistant Staphylococcus pseudintermedius (MRSP). Benzoyl peroxide and ethyl lactate showed moderate effectiveness, while chloroxylenol and acetic acid-boric acid were less effective overall.
