Abstract:
A report was made on a 25 year old patient with a penetrating heart injury with basic diagnosis, and treatment. A successful management was a result of good performance of the resuscitation chain, exactness of the clinical diagnosis and interdisciplinary cooperation between surgeons and anaesthetists.
