Blunt abdominal trauma can cause significant kidney injury, especially in horseshoe kidneys. This case highlights successful conservative management preserving renal function after traumatic rupture.

- A double J stent was placed to address urinary extravasation in the lower left kidney pole.
- After one year of monitoring, the patient maintained normal renal function.

- Conservative management, including embolization and stenting, can effectively preserve renal function in these cases.
