    Background:

    • Isolated trigeminal neuropathy (ITN) is characterized by trigeminal nerve deficits without local lesions.

    • This report details a rare bilateral ITN case presenting with ageusia (loss of taste) and anosmia (loss of smell).
    • The patient also exhibited cubital nerve deficit and slowed nerve conduction velocities in the limbs.
