Maintenance of negative-pressure wound therapy while undergoing hyperbaric oxygen therapy

Negative wound pressure therapy (NPWT) can be safely maintained during hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) using a simple design. This combined approach effectively manages wound exudate and maintains dressing integrity without increasing patient pain.
