Antioxidant activity of flavonoids evaluated with myoglobin method

This study measured antioxidant activities of flavonoids and non-flavonoids against reactive oxygen species (ROS) using a novel myoglobin method. Flavonoids exhibited similar antioxidant patterns, distinct from non-flavonoids, suggesting method utility for food and cell culture analysis.
