Intrathecal baclofen therapy slows progressive disability in multiple system atrophy

Intrathecal baclofen (ITB) therapy may improve function and quality of life in multiple system atrophy (MSA) patients. This study suggests ITB could potentially slow disease progression in MSA patients.
