Summary

Simultaneous scarless breast augmentation using bilateral differentially split deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) flaps achieved a 100% success rate in unilateral breast reconstruction. Patients reported high satisfaction and improved psychosocial and sexual well-being post-procedure.
