Teaching children to resolve conflicts cooperatively

Managing conflicts with and among children can be stressful and time-consuming for caregivers. Children and parents can learn to resolve differences in a cooperative way that allows each person to feel good about the process and the outcome. This article describes one cooperative conflict resolution process and suggests available resources.
