Adenoma detection with cap-assisted colonoscopy versus regular colonoscopy: a randomised controlled trial

Cap-assisted colonoscopy (CAC) does not improve adenoma detection rates compared to conventional colonoscopy (CC). However, CAC significantly reduces procedure time and patient discomfort during colonoscopy.
