Summary

This article introduces a new surgical technique called anterior medial cervicoplasty. It is designed to address excess skin and fat under the chin in aging patients. Traditional face-lifts are not always suitable, especially for men, so this method offers a simpler alternative. The procedure involves removing extra skin and adjusting the platysma muscle. It is performed under local anesthesia and results in minimal scarring. Two cases were reported, and patients were very satisfied with the outcomes. The authors suggest this technique is easy to perform and effective for cosmetic improvement.
