  • Examination revealed retinal arteriovenous dilation and irregular arteriolar caliber.
  • The left eye showed severe atrophy and fibrovascular proliferation with no light perception.

Findings:

  • Fluorescein angiography demonstrated delayed retinal and choroidal circulation with peripheral ischemia.
  • Diagnosis of Takayasu's retinopathy was confirmed.
