Unusual presentation in a case of primary hyperparathyroidism

This case report highlights a rare presentation of severe primary hyperparathyroidism (PH) with osteitis fibrosa cystica. Diagnosis was confirmed by elevated parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels and a localized parathyroid adenoma.
