Main Methods:
- A questionnaire was distributed to a representative sample (10%) of GPs in Denmark.
- Data was collected on participation rates, perceived benefits, and demographic differences.
Main Results:
- Over 60% of GPs have participated in supervision groups, with higher prevalence among females.
- Supervision is viewed as formative and restorative, improving communication skills and job satisfaction.
- Approximately one-third of GPs are currently participating in supervision groups.
