Summary
Diagnosing tuberculosis-associated uveitis (TAU) is improved by combining clinical signs with interferon-gamma release assay (IGRA) and tuberculin skin test (TST). Using both IGRA and TST together increases diagnostic accuracy for TAU.

- Neither IGRA nor TST alone can exclude TAU if results are negative.
- Integrated diagnostic approaches enhance the accuracy of TAU detection.
