Summary

Accurate radiation therapy requires consistent multi-leaf collimator (MLC) leaf offset tables between linear accelerator (linac) controllers and treatment planning systems (TPS). Inconsistencies were found and corrected for an Elekta linac and Pinnacle TPS.
