TLR2 and TLR4 gene polymorphisms in Turkish vitiligo patients

Toll-like receptor (TLR) gene polymorphisms, specifically TLR2 Arg753Gln and TLR4 Asp299Gly, are associated with increased vitiligo susceptibility in Turkish patients. These findings suggest a role for these TLRs in the inflammatory pathways contributing to vitiligo development.
