Post-traumatic Cavernosal Artery Pseudoaneurysm Presenting as Right Hip Pain: An Imaging Evaluation

Pseudoaneurysm of the cavernosal artery, a rare condition, was diagnosed using color Doppler ultrasound in a young male with hip pain. Transarterial embolization successfully treated the pseudoaneurysm, resolving symptoms.
