Bullous reactions to bedbug bites reflect cutaneous vasculitis

Bullous reactions to bedbug bites are not rare and involve a destructive cutaneous vasculitis. Early recognition and monitoring for systemic vasculitis are crucial, with potent topical corticosteroids potentially aiding treatment.
