Summary
This study shows that AcrySof toric intraocular lenses (IOLs) effectively correct high corneal astigmatism after penetrating keratoplasty in cataract patients. The toric IOL improved vision significantly in a patient with prior corneal transplant surgery.

- Toric IOL implantation is a viable and effective strategy for managing cataracts in patients with pre-existing high corneal astigmatism following PKP.
- This approach can significantly enhance visual outcomes in complex ophthalmic cases.
