Summary

Computed tomography (CT)-guided interstitial high-dose-rate brachytherapy (HDR-BRT) offers a safe and effective local treatment for inoperable liver tumors. This study demonstrates favorable local control rates and survival outcomes for patients with primary and secondary liver malignancies.
