Quantifying the clinical relevance of a laboratory observer performance paradigm

Laboratory observer performance metrics like ROC and FROC may not reflect real clinical interpretations. A new relevance ROC (rAUC) method better quantifies the clinical relevance of these laboratory paradigms.
