Plerixafor use in patients with previous mobilization failure: A multicenter experience

Plerixafor combined with G-CSF safely mobilizes hematopoietic stem cells in patients who previously failed mobilization. This combination therapy enabled successful autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) in 80% of patients.
