Summary
A warfarin patient experienced sudden vision loss from hemorrhagic Descemet membrane detachment (DMD) causing pupillary block. Successful treatment involved a two-step Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty (DSAEK), offering a new option for DMD complications.
