Working on wellness (WOW): a worksite health promotion intervention programme

This study developed and evaluated the Working on Wellness (WOW) program, using motivational interviewing to increase physical activity (PA) in employees at risk for cardiovascular disease (CVD). The intervention showed promise for improving employee health and reducing healthcare costs.
