Summary

Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyradiculoneuropathy (CIDP) can affect the central nervous system (CNS), mimicking multiple sclerosis (MS). This study found CNS involvement in 41.2% of CIDP patients, a higher rate than peripheral nervous system involvement in MS patients.
