Erdheim-Chester disease, a rare condition, was diagnosed in a 63-year-old male presenting with retrobulbar pressure. Imaging and histology confirmed widespread soft tissue infiltration, including cardiac involvement, characteristic of this non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis.
