Bilateral endoscopic sealant lung volume reduction therapy for advanced emphysema

Bilateral AeriSeal Emphysematous Lung Sealant System (ELS) treatment safely improved lung function in advanced emphysema patients for up to one year. This minimally invasive procedure offers significant physiologic and functional benefits.

- The procedure was associated with short procedure times (15.2 ± 9.6 min) and brief hospital stays (1.1 days).
