Abstract:
Changing the way we view old age, and notably physical activities carried out by elderly people, is a vast undertaking still in progress. The aim is to clear up the confusion between the consequences of ageing and those linked to sedentary living by reinjecting life and pleasure into moving with high quality activities and qualified professionals.
