Summary

Sinonasal lymphomas are aggressive tumors that can be misdiagnosed. This case highlights the diagnostic challenges of sinonasal T-cell lymphoma, necessitating an incisional biopsy for accurate identification.

Sinonasal lymphomas are aggressive, destructive lesions of the midface.
Historically, these were often misdiagnosed as lethal midline granulomas.
The terminology is shifting towards recognizing them as sinonasal lymphomas.

This report details a case of sinonasal T-cell lymphoma.
The initial diagnosis presented significant challenges.
An incisional biopsy was crucial for definitive diagnosis.

Findings:

Sinonasal T-cell lymphoma can mimic other destructive midfacial lesions.
Diagnostic ambiguity is a key feature in some sinonasal lymphoma cases.
