Do pathological gambling and obsessive-compulsive disorder overlap? a neurocognitive perspective

Pathological gambling (PG) and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) share few neurocognitive similarities. The only common finding was increased fragmentation errors, suggesting PG may not be part of the OCD spectrum.
