[The effect of mechanical loads on the surface state of denture steel]

Studies of the mechanical properties and electron microscopic examination of 12X18H9T steel surface in dentures have revealed their changes after mechanical load. Complex corrosive destruction of dentures in the oral cavity is regarded as stress corrosion.
