Summary

Fluorometholone 0.1% (FML) eye drops effectively treated severe vernal keratoconjunctivitis (VKC) in children, showing significant improvement compared to cromolyn sodium and artificial tears. Cromolyn sodium offered no significant advantage over artificial tears for VKC symptom relief.
