Iatrogenic intracranial aneurysms in childhood: case-based update

Iatrogenic aneurysms in children are rare, often asymptomatic, and typically involve the internal carotid artery. Conservative management may be suitable for non-progressive cases, but intervention is reserved for symptomatic or progressing lesions.
