Vital bone averaged 35.75%, nonmineralized tissue 40.56%, and residual ABB 23.69%.
Bone resorption correlated inversely with residual ABB; periodontitis history and complete edentulism affected resorption.
Smoking and alcohol negatively impacted vital bone formation; implant survival was unaffected by habits.

Conclusions:

Patient-specific factors including periodontitis history, edentulism type, smoking, and alcohol consumption significantly influence bone graft maturation post-sinus floor elevation.
