Cell type and context-specific function of PLAG1 for IGF2 P3 promoter activity

The transcription factor PLAG1 binds the IGF2 P3 promoter in a cell-specific manner. PLAG1 partially overrides the H19 insulator, influencing IGF2 gene regulation differently across cell types.
