Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) can heal nonhealing wounds, particularly chronic arterial insufficiency ulcers and diabetic foot lesions. Transcutaneous oxygen measurements predict healing success, with values over 100 mmHg indicating positive outcomes.
