To analyze the epidemiological situation of chickenpox in Poland during 2010.
To compare the 2010 chickenpox data with previous years' trends.

Summary:

In 2010, Poland reported 183,446 chickenpox cases, a significant increase from 2009, with an incidence of 480.04 per 100,000 population.
The highest incidence was observed in children aged 5-9 years, with a peak in cases during the first half of the year.
