Abstract:

Malignant melanoma of the nasal mucosa is a rare tumor. We present here a case which involved the nose and the paranasal sinuses. Though surgical excision was achieved, postoperative metastalic spread to the liver resulted in poor prognosis, necessitating chemotherapy. Relevant literature on the subject is reviewed.
