Abstract
Background:
We present a case of strongyloidiasis presenting as larva currens 38 years after potential exposure in a country with what is typically thought of as low epidemiologic risk.
Conclusion:
This case highlights several important features of strongyloidiasis, including its varied epidemiology, long incubation period, and cutaneous manifestations.
