A novel sutureless pancreatoenteric anastomosis technique using a bioabsorbable polymer sheet (BAPS) and biocompatible bond (BCB) shows promise for preventing complications. This method, tested in pigs, achieved successful pancreatic duct to duodenum continuity without leakage.
