Summary

Preoperative range of motion (ROM) did not predict postoperative ROM in total knee arthroplasty (TKA) patients using a rotating-platform prosthesis. Patients with limited preoperative ROM showed greater improvements, suggesting mobile-bearing designs may benefit them.
