Abstract:
Health professionals are confronted with suffering and complex life situations. By maintaining a good professional distance they can provide patients and their families with proper care. However, caregivers' practice may be infiltrated with unconscious affects echoing personnel events. Dialogue and listening on the part of the nursing team can resolve these situations.
