Contextual and behavioral influences on uncertainty in obsessive-compulsive disorder

In obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), intolerance of uncertainty (IU) and related orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) dysfunction are not modulated by external cues or checking behaviors, suggesting altered neural dynamics contribute to OCD symptoms.
