  • The patient achieved successful reintegration into normal life with restored facial appearance.

  • Socioeconomic factors, rather than technical limitations, hinder advanced facial transplantation in developing nations.
  • This technique provides a practical solution for complex facial reconstruction challenges in countries like Mexico.
