Precise, electrophysiologically guided cryosurgery on both temporal lobes offers a beneficial treatment for intractable bitemporal epilepsy. This minimally invasive approach effectively reduces seizures without causing significant cognitive decline in patients previously deemed unsuitable for surgery.
