This case study highlights inflammatory pseudotumor (IPT) presenting as facial swelling. Diagnosis required excluding other conditions, emphasizing IPT as a rare differential for facial masses.

- The lesion showed diffuse infiltration of lymphocytes, perineural and perivascular spread, without germinative centers.
- Exclusion of B-cell lymphoma was based on PCR results indicating B-cell policlonality.
Implications:
- Accurate diagnosis of IPT is challenging due to a lack of clear histological criteria and its rarity.
- Awareness of IPT is essential for clinicians managing facial swelling, especially after trauma.
- This case expands the known anatomical locations for head and neck IPT.
